2017 Design and Supply of 714 sq/m home on Oceanic Drive, Floreat Western Australia.  Unique requirements for this home: 

• A drive–through undercroft garage allowing the client to access and exit the home in forward gear;

• the need for high acoustic material qualities because of the local traffic and at the same time allowing for large glass walls to allow the client to enjoy the parklands opposite. 

All of these criteria were met with the correct assessment of materials at the design stage.
